Not Your Mom’s Halloween Party
This Sunday we will be performing at The Factory for a very special Halloween show. Not Your Mom’s Musical Theater will be hosting a night of ghouls, goblins, and barbers, but not in a gross way. Whatever that means. You can count on songs from shows such as Little Shop of Horrors and Zombie Prom. The Fitted Shirt will be performing a set infused with Halloween favorites (for which I’ll be assisting on bass). TFD will close out the night with our usual set full of zombies, vampires, etc. It will be a graveyard smash.
What, don’t believe me? Check out this week’s Hippo. It’s for real. Seriously.
It’s a $5 admission (beat that!) and it is 21+, ’cause that’s how they roll. And sometimes how we roll. In fact, that’s how we’re rolling right now. I feel inclined to close with some words I stole from a friend. Though folks are encouraged to dress up for this spooktacular extravaganza,
“You guys know we’re grown-ups and can dress crazy ANY time, right? You don’t have to wait for mid-October.”
-Dan of Headhat Records (Damn right, I squeezed that in).
Okay, see you Sunday!
